Hello!

Two things to note about our salve:

1) Our Infused Oils are strained twice. First through a cheesecloth and then through a metal strainer. Sometimes small particles of the plant make their way through and into the final product.

2) Sometimes the shea butter or the beeswax will crystalize after the final product has solidified. This is do to the way it may have cooled. Either too fast or too slow. You may see something that looks sort of like white dots. These are the crystals. This is totally normal and does not effect the quality of the salve!
